Wonder

Visiting the Mornington Peninsula region over the summer has been really refreshing. I set up my camera on the jetty and enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the water lapping the shore. As the sky started to fill with colour, I waited for the light to peak and pressed the shutter. I used a long exposure to smooth out the small waves and to help the sky reflect on the water. The pastel colours in the sky and the beautiful blues in the water really give the image a sense of calm and wonder.
