I recently traveled up to Daylesford to take in the sites and to spend some time with family. They were kind enough to let me stay for a few nights which gave me the opportunity to get out and do some exploration of the local sites. I had been to the lake once before as a child and I remembered this particular view. I set my tripod up early one morning and waited. As soon as the sun hit the trees the scene came alive. It was what I had been waiting for.
